Lifetime Product Warranty

All products purchased online at blackmountainbead.com are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If a strand breaks, simply return the remaining stones, clasp, ring, and wire and we'll replace them. Each returned item is subject to a $17.95 wire, clasp, and stone replacement fee. $7.50 will be added for each return regardless of the number of items returned to help cover the handling, shipping, and insurance costs to ship completed repairs back to you.

We can effect repairs on up to 3 items in a single package. For more than 3 items, you must call or email to make arrangements. If more than 3 items are returned without prior authorization, we reserve the right to refuse service and your items will be promptly returned. All returns must be prepaid.
