Our Warranty

We take great pride in the work that we do. It is our main focus to create gemstone jewelry that provides the healing properties and positive energies that you desire. That is why Black Mountain primarily uses a spherical shaped gemstone in our designs. This structure allows for the most movement of energy within each stone's healing properties.

All our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If a strand breaks, simply return the remaining stones and we'll replace them. Each returned item is subject to a $7.95 shipping, handling, and stone replacement fee. Your invoice will itemize the charge as $2.00 plus $5.95 shipping plus sales tax (Utah residents only). All returns must be prepaid.

Please follow the steps below if you have an item to return to us for repair.

1. Submit payment for $7.95 (plus tax) to cover shipping, handling, and stone replacement.
2. Print your receipt.
3. In a padded envelope, package the strand, receipt, and remaining stones along with a note containing your address, length of the strand, and pattern of the strand.
4. Address the package to:

5. Put the package in the mail.
6. Your repair will completed and returned to you promptly.
